Extra insulation

The boiling pan has an indirect heating system: there is a double wall that can be filled with water so that food does not burn or overheat quickly. The double walled lid also has extra insulation. In addition, the lid is equipped with a hinged and balanced mechanism that makes it easy to open and close. There is also a pressure relief valve that ensures that the steam does not overpressurise. This boiling pan is also equipped with micro-perforated burners made from stainless steel and have a flame protection for extra safety. Easy to clean

Because the boiling pan is made entirely from stainless steel, it is easy to clean. This gas fired boiling pan is suitable for LPG or natural gas. The drain valve lets you drain liquid dishes, as well as empty the boiling pan for easy cleaning. The stainless steel surfaces are cleaned using a damp cloth, warm water and a mild detergent.
