The body of the chopper and the inside out leadscrew are also manufactured in treated "aluminum alloy" for food and stainless steel, all the interior parts are easily dismantled allowing easy maintenance.

Cylinder parmesan rasp, with upper lever and the cylinder body made of "aluminum alloy" treated alimentary.
