SCHNITZEL MASTER

“Mastern®” is a special meat tenderization process (suitable for all boneless pieces of meat) in which the meat fibers are stretched without tearing them - this means it retains the character of fresh meat.

The difference is made by the Schnitzelmaster, which was developed in-house in 2001 and is currently used by more than 10,000 customers.

You can pound the meat, a noisy and not exactly clean job, or you can “steak” meat, where the original meat quality is not improved, but rather processed into “minced meat”.
