ENOFRIGO
A tale of design, technology and taste.
Enofrigo was formed in 1978 in Borgoricco,a small town just outside Venice, Italy.
The company was the creation of two inspired partners who began producing refrigerated barrels
for wine dispensing, initially working from a garage. Enofrigo soon became known for its reliability, attention to detail and customer-oriented approach.
HISTORY
In the 1980s, in response to demand from the Italian and European markets, Enofrigo developed two product lines that still provide the foundations of the company’s business today.
CALIFORNIA
A range of refrigerated wine displays. The idea was to create a tool for the HORECA sector that would enhance the appearance of wine bottles and ensure that all variants (white, red and sparkling) could always be served at exactly the right temperature.
GASTRO BUFFET
A line of refrigerated and heated buffets for the HORECA and mass retail sectors, designed to enhance the properties and saleability of food products while also guaranteeing correct preservation temperatures in line with or rather anticipating today’s HACCP regulations.
HISTORY
Ever since, and right up until the present day, Enofrigo has continued to listen to the requests coming from the market and to update its product range, year after year.
As a result, Enofrigo is now one of the leading names in the field of wine displays and salad bar buffets.
